Nonmelanated demagogues like @realDonaldTrump, @JDVance, @RonDeSantis, and Laura Loomer, continue to frame DEI and affirmative action as systems of racial preferences and quotas that undeservedly benefits Black people when it is well-documented that the people who have benefited most from corporate DEI efforts, and the greatest beneficiaries of affirmative action policies, from college campuses to the American workplace, are WHITE WOMEN. So, meritless, DEI Karens like Laura Loomer, with her anno
