Attachments can be broken up into seven categories called "Optics", "Barrels", "Magazines", and "Stocks" for Firearms. For Melee weapons and the Bow the melee attachment categories are "Materials", "Grips", and "Handguards". Each having their own rarity of Broken, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.

Phantasms are ghostly enemies appearing in Blood. They first appear in Episode 2. Their appearance is based on the Grim Reaper from folktales and other media. They are skeletal ghosts with brown-yellow skin, red eyes, a grinning mouth, and wearing a light-blue/grey cloak.

Consuming enemy souls grants health regen, movespeed and invulnerability for 2.5s. Combat is disabled while consuming. The Grim Reaper is a kit added on August 9, 2021. His special ability lets him reap the souls of defeated enemies, gaining buffs temporarily.
