Although some scars may resolve on their own, others are just permanent so to either fix that you can go through surgery, where the scar tissue is directly removed from the eyelid or undergo Kenalog injection.

I recommend letting the eyelid heal about 2 months. If your bump is still bothering you, consider a kenalog injection rather than more chalazion surgery.
