KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 1 — Two men have drowned in separate incidents in the Machang area ... on their livestock at different locations — Kampung Kuala Sat and Gelung Gajah.

Having just begun to recover from floods earlier this month, residents of Tanah Merah, Kuala Krai, and Machang in Kelantan have been left devastated by yet another round of floods today.
