We are 72 and 73 and had no trouble with the walk, Leo did give me a hiking stick in case i needed it as I have a dodgy knee. It was a beautiful walk, and as the three of us where the only ones on the trip it meant we went at our own pace and had a wonderful day. Just two great walks, and a very tasty lunch, no shopping. Have a great day.
